Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@bumperstickerz.net with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will make it right — fast.

 

Change-of-Mind Returns

Because our stickers are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds (for damaged or defective items where a replacement is not preferred) are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
